The Challenge
After acquiring a UK-based company, the client needed to standardise operations across all entities. The UK arm was running a custom finance tool completely separate from the group's systems, with no access to production, inventory, or tax modules. The result: manual reconciliation, human error, and no real-time visibility across the business.

We managed the end-to-end rollout of SAP Business One for the UK entity, with localised configuration and support. Beyond the standard implementation, we identified critical gaps in how inventory and production utilisation were being tracked — gaps the client hadn't fully recognised. We optimised processes that drove significant cost savings, improved reporting cadence and financial visibility for group leadership, and implemented warehouse scanning solutions to modernise operations on the ground.
The Outcome
The client now has a single, unified ERP across all entities with real-time visibility over finance, inventory, and operations. Reporting that used to take days happens in hours. Manual reconciliation between the UK and HQ systems has been eliminated entirely.
